Terms of Service

The rules and expectations for using Velvet Dynamic.

1. Eligibility & Age Requirement

Velvet Dynamic is an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account, browse profiles, or participate in any feature. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that all registration information you provide is accurate. Misrepresentation of your age, identity, or any material fact is grounds for immediate account termination.

2. Community Guidelines & Conduct

Velvet Dynamic exists to support intentional, consensual connection across kink and non-monogamy. You agree to treat every member with respect, communicate honestly, and honour the consent of others at all times. Harassment, coercion, hate speech, non-consensual content, impersonation, doxxing, solicitation outside the platform's intended use, and any behaviour that endangers others are strictly prohibited. Sexual content involving minors, non-consensual imagery, and attempts to circumvent verification are cause for immediate removal and may be reported to authorities.

3. Content Policy & Explicit Material

Velvet Dynamic permits adult content within the bounds of these Terms and our Community Guidelines. You are solely responsible for any content you upload or share, and you retain ownership of your content while granting Velvet Dynamic a licence to host, display, and process it for the purpose of operating the platform. You may not upload content that is unlawful, infringes third-party rights, or depicts non-consensual acts. Content visibility is governed by your per-field privacy controls; you control who sees what.

4. Data Use & Privacy

Your use of Velvet Dynamic is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, store, and process personal data. We apply privacy-by-design principles: data is minimised, visibility is granular, and matching is performed using your preferences. By accepting these Terms you also acknowledge the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Accounts, Verification & Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Velvet Dynamic uses photo and identity verification to maintain a real-member community; verification status may be revoked for cause. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, fail verification, or present a risk to the community.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription billed through Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal conditions are disclosed at the point of purchase and governed by the respective store's terms. Refunds, where applicable, are handled by the store of record. You may cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Velvet Dynamic is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We do not guarantee that matches, recommendations, or AI-generated prompts will be accurate, suitable, or error-free. Compatibility scores are advisory only and do not constitute a recommendation or endorsement of any individual. You are responsible for exercising your own judgement in any interaction.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velvet Dynamic and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any harm arising from interactions between members. You accept that meeting others through the platform carries inherent risk and that you are responsible for your own safety, consent practices, and decisions.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Account deletion is permanent after a 7-day grace period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose a safety risk, or are inactive for an extended period. Upon termination your right to use the platform ceases; certain data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business records.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be surfaced in-app or at the point of next login. Continued use of Velvet Dynamic after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may close your account.
